DORDA continues its growth trajectory and welcomes another partner and team in public law at the start of 2025.
Philipp Pallitsch is a recognised expert in construction and regional planning law as well as public procurement law and construction contract law. He joins DORDA together with Ayo-Victor Hübl, Anna-Sophie Schwendinger and Carina Pogats. The new team strengthens and expands the firm's service portfolio in the areas of public procurement law and public commercial law / regulatory.
This completes the expansion of the public law team at DORDA for the time being: Philipp Pallitsch and his team, together with the new additions last autumn around Tatjana Katalan, form a new, large and powerful unit. The new combination of construction and regional planning law as well as public procurement law with a focus on construction, environmental law and sustainability enables DORDA to comprehensively advise clients on complex infrastructure projects and public tenders with the new team size.

He is co-author in numerous publications in particular on public procurement law and (anti-) claim management.
