Tatjana Kataln

Tatjana Katalan, partner at DORDA since 2024, specializes in environmental and sustainability law with a focus on large-scale renewable energy projects. She has extensive expertise in EIA procedures, water law, nature conservation, construction and spatial planning law, as well as in other specialized areas of law such as mining, forestry and hospital law.

As a certified CSR and sustainability officer, she supports companies and public bodies in implementing sustainability strategies and compliance guidelines.
Tatjana Katalan is the author of numerous specialist publications and a lecturer at well-known institutions, such as the Austrian Real Estate Association and the Lawyers' Academy. She is also a lecturer in administrative, energy and environmental law at the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland.
Before joining DORDA she worked for Eisenberger & Herzog Rechtsanwalts GmbH (now E+H Rechtsanwälte) for almost 20 years, the last 10 years as a partner.
