The DORDA partnership has confirmed the Management Committee, consisting of Francine Brogyányi, Axel Anderl and Martin Brodey, for a further year. The new appointment emphasises the successful work of the team in recent years and ensures the continued development of the firm.
This is the eighth term of office for Martin Brodey and Axel Anderl and the sixth for Francine Brogyányi. In this composition, the Management Committee has been continuously driving forward the digitalisation and development of DORDA since 2019. With a clear focus on innovation, technology and specialisation, the firm has established itself as a leading partner for companies in a dynamic market environment. The focus is always on clarity, which gives clients orientation and security.
Last year, the management team also sent a clear signal to the market with the lateral hiring of two external public law teams and the addition of two further equity partners (Tatjana Katalan and Philipp Pallitsch). Similarly, new and additional appointments were made in the admin area in order to further professionalise processes and procedures. In the current term of office, management will therefore focus on the successful integration and realisation of the momentum created in this way and also through more attractive remuneration systems for its employees. Another focal point is the internal utilisation of DORDA's leadership in the area of AI legal advice for the internal use of corresponding solutions.
Axel Anderl comments: "Our clients value Clarity which gives them security in legal, commercial and strategic matters. The future is digital. DORDA is actively shaping it for clients. By using innovative technologies and continuously developing our expertise, we are able to provide our clients with forward-looking solutions and further professionalise ourselves. We create clarity in a constantly changing legal environment."
Thanks to its "thought leaders", who have received multiple national and international awards, DORDA is able to provide holistic answers to complex questions and thus secure a decisive competitive advantage.
Martin Brodey adds: "With the two lateral hirings in the area of public law, we have made a clear statement to the market: We have formed a strong practice group and are open to further strengthening our unit with new external additions. We are looking forward to working together with our new partners and employees. The first few months have already created great momentum and show how valuable the expansion is."
People take centre stage - DORDA attaches great importance to an appreciative working atmosphere. The promotion of diversity and equal opportunities was already defined as a management agenda at DORDA in 2016. The award-winning mentoring programme women@DORDA and flexible working models help to create an attractive working environment and promote the next generation of lawyers.
Francine Brogyányi: "We consciously promote our employees and try to develop them towards responsible participation so that they stay with us for as long as possible and achieve their career goals. With this in mind, we have also recently adapted the remuneration systems for our legal staff. This is another way of expressing our appreciation for our employees as our future leaders."
