Georg Durstberger

Georg Durstberger is a Principal Associate at DORDA since April 2022. He is part of the Corporate Team and the Start-up Group and his practice focuses on corporate law, M&A and venture capital transactions. Before joining DORDA, he was an associate in a Vienna based business law firm and a research and teaching assistant at the Vienna University of Business and Economics. He is author of several publications and frequently holds lectures with corporate and start-up topics.
