DORDA is pleased to announce that Mirko Marjanovic (31 years old) has joined the Competition & Antitrust team as a lawyer with immediate effect.
Marjanovic, who has already been working for DORDA as an associate since 2021, has extensive expertise in all aspects of European and Austrian competition law. He has advised companies in antitrust proceedings before the European Commission and has in-depth knowledge of antitrust damages cases. In addition to advising on merger control, he also provides support in connection with Austrian investment control proceedings and advises on regulatory aspects of telecommunications, energy and railway law.

Before joining DORDA, Marjanovic gained valuable experience in the competition law practice of a renowned Austrian M&A law firm and a law firm in Linz specialising in litigation.
