GalCap Europe is acquiring a portfolio of three residential and commercial buildings in Vienna's 2nd, 14th and 22nd districts with the legal expertise of the DORDA Real Estate & Construction Law Practice Area, led by Magdalena Brandstetter (partner), in a market environment that continues to be challenging. The buildings cover a total lettable area of approx. 22,461 m², including 237 flats, 3 commercial premises, a pharmacy, a Hofer and Lidl shop and 217 car and 10 motorbike parking spaces in the underground car parks.
