DORDA Real Estate practice group led by Stefan Artner has successfully advised DLH Austria (Deutsche Logistik Holding) on the swift partial sale of the Logistik Campus Ebergassing to a fund managed by AEW.

"We are delighted to have completed this transaction so quickly. Especially in today's challenging market, this deal is a positive sign for the Austrian investment landscape and a particular achievement for DORDA," summarized Stefan Artner.

The entire Ebergassing logistics campus was developed on approximately 140,000 square meters of land using high-quality, sustainable construction methods. It offers state-of-the-art facilities and technologies, adhering to strict ESG standards and achieving DGNB Gold certification. The "South Section" of the "LC-Ebergassing" comprises 6 hall units with a total leasable area of approximately 40,000 square meters and is fully leased. With its strategically advantageous location near major transportation routes and Vienna Airport, the campus will not only enhance logistics efficiency but also contribute to job creation in the region.

DLH was legally advised on this transaction by real estate partner Stefan Artner, head of the DORDA real estate team, as well as Philipp Proske (associate, real estate and construction law), Maxie Müllbacher (associate, real estate and construction law), Bernhard Müller (partner, public law), and Lorenz Wicho (principal associate, public law).

"We are delighted once again with the excellent cooperation with DORDA Rechtsanwälte and are proud to have achieved this important milestone quickly, including from a legal perspective. This is particularly impressive given the current challenges facing the property sector," said Christian Vogt, Managing Director of DLH Austria.

Christian Vogt also expressed his belief that the logistics campus in Ebergassing, with its strategically favorable location near major transportation routes and Vienna Airport, will have a positive impact on the local economy and contribute to job creation in the region.
