Creating synergies and accelerating growth
0815 Group, founded in 2007, has grown from a specialized electronics retailer to a comprehensive provider of products in the tool, garden and more categories. With annual revenues in the high double-digit millions and a strong presence in Austria and Germany, 0815 is an attractive addition to the TPG portfolio. Both TPG and 0815 see great potential for further growth in this partnership. By combining resources and expertise, the two companies aim to strengthen their market position and develop new business opportunities.
