Philipp Stadtegger

Philipp Stadtegger has been working in DORDA's White Collar Crime and Dispute Resolution team since 2018. His focus is on white collar crime and commercial & corporate litigation, where he advises and supports clients in complex, mostly cross-border disputes. In white collar crime, he represents clients both as defense counsel and as representative of private parties. In addition, he advises and trains companies and their employees in criminal law compliance. Furthermore, he represents clients in European sanctions law before the European courts and assists clients in complex sanctions disputes before civil courts. Prior to his admission to the Viennese bar, Philipp had worked for one of Europe's leading steel companies, where he advised in particular on international contract law and criminal compliance.
