Netrisk Group is a leading provider of online price comparison services in Europe. With the acquisition of durchblicker, Austria's independent and market-leading online rate comparison portal, durchblicker becomes part of a fast-growing alliance of online price comparison platforms that already includes Netrisk.hu, Biztositas.hu, Klik.cz, Porovnej24.cz, Klik.sk, Netfinancie.sk and Edrauda.lt.
The share purchase agreement was signed on 15 December 2021. Closing is subject to the necessary regulatory and competition law approvals and expected in Q1/2022.
