Valentina Possegger has been part of DORDA’s employment law team since 2022 and advises companies in all areas of individual and collective employment law. She has developed a particular focus in her advisory work on labour migration and the employment of foreign nationals, as well as on international employment matters and cross-border projects. Before joining DORDA, she gained legal experience at other law firms and also held a management position in a family business for several years.
