Safiye Ünüvar

Safiye Ünüvar joined DORDA in 2021 and is an Attorney at Law in DORDA's Banking and Finance practice. She advises clients on loan transactions (including acquisition finance and as project finance) as well as on equity and debt capital markets transactions. In addition, her practice also covers advise on corporate finance, banking supervisory law & compliance and corporate law.

Prior to joining DORDA, Safiye advised in the practice areas of banking law (including finance documentation) and capital markets law as well as in regulatory & compliance, specifically in stock exchange law and securities supervision law. She advised corporate investment banks and other companies in regulatory projects (especially regarding AML, CRR and MiFID II) as well as in supervisory proceedings. She further gained experience in an investment firm in Vienna. 

Safiye Ünüvar has been certified as Compliance Officer for Financial Service Providers.
