Lisa Kulmer

Lisa Kulmer joined DORDA as an intern in 2007 and was promoted to Counsel in 2023. She specialises in employment law and is point of contact for all legal questions relating to human resource management. She has a solid legal expertise and a keen understanding of the entrepreneurial reality and practical needs of employers.

Before joining DORDA, Lisa was a university assistant at the Institute for Austrian and European Labour and Social Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. After passing the Austrian bar exam with distinction, she expanded her practical knowledge as an employment law expert at Erste Bank. 

In addition, she is also a speaker at seminars and regularly publishes on issues and new developments concerning employment law.
