Klaus Salfelner is a member of the Banking Law & Finance team at DORDA. He advises and represents banks, securities firms, payment service providers and asset managers on all matters of banking and capital markets law. Moreover, he works with investment funds and alternative investment funds in particular on regulatory issues.
After completing his studies, he worked in renowned law firms as well as in the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA). During his many years at the FMA, he worked in the Procedure and Law department, where he was particularly involved in conducting administrative (penalty) proceedings in all areas of financial market law.
