Julia Landskron has been with DORDA since 2014. Her expertise lies with corporate and capital markets law. She advises national and international clients on setting-up articles of association and the corporate governance of corporations and partnerships, on (cross-border) restructurings, capital measures, liability of corporate bodies as well as capital market compliance. Further, Julia is author and lecturer on various topics of corporate law.
