Florina Thenmayer

Florina Thenmayer joined DORDA in 2015 and excels through her international background, having been born and raised in Romania, and having lived and practised law in both Austria and England. Florina completed her training as an Austrian lawyer with DORDA's employment practice from 2015 to 2019. Before returning to DORDA she spent two years working in an reputable law firm in the City of London. Florina was admitted to the Austrian Bar in 2019 and as a Solicitor in England & Wales in 2021 (currently non-practising). Thanks to her international experience Florina is well-versed in advising clients from different jurisdictions and cultural backgrounds. Thanks to her work in an in-house legal department, Florina has a keen understanding of business and a pragmatic approach to HR matters.
