Veit Öhlberger has been with DORDA since 2005. He specialises in international arbitration and commercial contracts and is an expert for commercial disputes on contracts, corporate law, M&A, and joint ventures under ICC, UNCITRAL, CIETAC, DIS, KCAB, and the Vienna Rules. Veit works as a party counsel as well as an arbitrator and leads the firm's China desk.
In addition, he speaks and publishes on trade and distribution law, international arbitration, and business and disputes with Chinese parties.
