Philip Exenberger

Philip Exenberger joined DORDA's Dispute Resolution team in 2011 and specialises in international commercial arbitration and cross-border litigation. He is a counsel with particular focus in highly complex disputes, with commercial and technical aspects such as construction disputes. He is an expert in managing extensive evidentiary proceedings and is an experienced party counsel before arbitral tribunals and state courts. Philip also advises clients regarding claim management prior to the initiation of arbitral or state court proceedings.

In addition, Philip is the author of multiple specialist publications on commercial arbitration.
