Bernhard Rieder

Bernhard Rieder joined DORDA in 2008. He represents clients in the areas of corporate law, (cross-border) restructurings, private equity and venture capital as well as project-related strategic legal advice (“board room advice”). He heads the Corporate Litigation Group with a focus on corporate litigation and the defense of listed companies in capital markets litigation.

Bernhard Rieder is a member of the Austrian Bar Association and the German Association for Corporate Law, the IBA and the advisory board of the Austrian Association for Corporate Law.

He is the author of numerous publications on corporate law and gives lectures, seminars and courses.
