Klaus Salfelner

Klaus Salfelner is a member of DORDA's banking and finance practice area. He advises and represents national and international banks, investment firms and payment institutions in all matters of banking and capital markets law. He also supports fund companies and managers as well as service providers in the crypto sector, in particular in regulatory matters. His focus is also on cooperation with credit and financial institutions in preliminary proceedings and the defense against administrative penalties in proceedings before the Financial Market Authority.

After graduating, he worked for renowned law firms and the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA). In the proceedings and legal department he actively participated in conducting administrative (penalty) proceedings in all areas of financial market law.
