Denise Runceanu has been part of DORDA's corporate team as an attorney at law since 2025. She passed the Austrian bar exam in 2023 and advises national and international clients with regard to corporate law matters, company formations and restructurings. Prior to joining DORDA, she gained valuable experience in a renowned Austrian law firm.
